On July 13, 2017, Asia-Pacific Science and Technology received the "Approval of Private Issuance of Jiangsu Asia-Pacific Light Alloy Technology Co., Ltd." issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on June 29, 2017 (SFC license [2017] 1090), and the approval of non-public issuance of no more than 230,529,500 new shares of Asia-Pacific Science and Technology. This private issue of Asia-Pacific Technology will raise no less than 6.42 yuan per share of no less than 1.48 billion yuan for the construction of "65,000 tons of new energy automotive aluminum project" and "40,000 tons of lightweight environmental protection aluminum alloy project".
