On April 17, 2017, Jiangsu Asia-Pacific Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia-Pacific Science and Technology, was registered and established with investment of 10 million yuan.
In May 23, 2017, the Asia Pacific Science and Technology Board approved the adoption of a bill to transfer assets to AirAsia technology. As of July 14, 2017, Asia-Pacific Technology has completed the transfer of assets, liabilities and personnel related to the newly expanded 80,000-ton lightweight high-performance aluminum extrusion material project to Aviation Asia Technology on April 30, 2017. The net assets and liabilities transferred are 734,615,000 yuan.
